Daniel is our oldest son and is 18. He will be our first graduate from homeschool this May. He has sung with our family for church specials since he was just a child. In March of 2004, Tim showed Daniel a few things on the bass guitar and then he figured he could learn the acoustic guitar on his own. We purchased some basic instruction videos and DVDs and he just took off. He is also doing some keyboard work and now loves to compose and record his original songs along with the bluegrass we do as a family. Daniel sings lead and bass. His other interests include American Kenpo (self-defense) where he just received his black belt.
